No one else has mentioned these things yet your saying these conform to the stereotypical guy that people think will pull ladies. Well your wrong, no one has mentioned that in this thread because no one thinks that. If anything we think:
1) Dancing should definitely be encouraged and I for one find it fun and am annoyed at friends who don't dance. Dancing is also a great way to pull.
2) It's an important rule that you shouldn't talk about yourself much, unless asked. Hell that comes under general social etiquette anyway, I wouldn't drone on about myself for 20 minutes unless I knew it was something vaguely interested being discussed that wasn't just self interest.
3) Car talk is generally a guy thing and personally I wouldn't try and strike up a lengthy conversation dedicated to cars unless I knew the girl was interested in cars.
I wasn't picking on you or anything I just think it needed to be said because otherwise you may actually believe the lies you posted
On a seperate point I noticed someone say guys should never go out aiming to pull, well put it this way all the guys I know that don't go out to pull generally don't because they aren't as self-aware of oppurtunities.
I've had to change my personality slightly to be more successful with pulling because I realised that i'm a bit shy so decided I need to approach groups of people rather than linger about when not dancing. I'm sure a lot of guys can identify with what I just said as not everyone is a natural socialiser.
IMO 3 most important things:
1) Confidence
2) Looks (dress sense, grooming etc)
3) Sociability
