It was basically one colour balance adjustment layer on the top, I pushed the mid tones at around -28 towards magenta and pushed it to -9 for the highlights, then I filled the mask with black to hide everything and then painted the areas back in with a soft white brush (very rough since I'm using a trackpad at the moment). Finally I dropped the opacity to about 28% so that she didn't look like she suffered from sunburn!
Here's the other one that I did before but I felt I went a bit too far on the magenta push which I felt messed with the balance of the tones too much:
