Abercrombie sizes

Right, it wasn't legitimate. My GF sent me the link to the hoody in an email a while back, I've went straight onto the link and purchased from there without even looking at the URL in detail. The site is practically identical so I didn't give it a second thought.

It's not the real site. So, I'm ******. :(

This has never happened before, I've no idea what to do? I'm going to phone my bank right now.

Just cancelled my card, it seems the payment has already came off. I've never been so stupid...

In future, always check the links/websites your GF gives you. :(

Not entirely your fault. As I posted above the fake site looks very professional and at one point was above the real site in Google. I'm suprised it's still going.

However it is very easy to find out the official site.

It's my own stupidity tbh. I'm always on the high horse, warning everyone and laughing when I see a blatant scam. I can't believe this thread went from "what size to buy" to "omg, I've been mugged"...

I fear she's probably misspelled it in Google and went to the first result. :(

Is there anywhere in particular that I should report the fake website to? I know not much can be done but I'm somewhat worried about the implications of importing fake goods, should they send me knock off crap from China.

Abercrombie themselves, they'll want to know so they can prevent fakes being sold thus cutting into their own sales

listen to your girlfriend maybe?

sizing guides are rarely accurate, its more down to the label and how they want their clothes to fit. the sizing will be consistent within the brand, and your gf has obviously bought into it before and knows what fits...

Somehow I think that's the last thing I'll be doing! :p
So has the site totally scammed you?

Will you be getting no fake hoodie?

Indeed, chap on the phone last night said they've already charged my account and I cancelled the card incase anything else happens, he also said I should inform the police. Spoke to the GF on the phone earlier, she was pretty upset/annoyed but oh well, you live and learn.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I also received the confirmation email after all, they're using the Chinese postal service(give away much?) to transport either the fake goods or nothing at all. I emailed telling them to give me back my ****** money. :p

I have an Abercrombie hoodie. Had it for years it is my most worn item of clothing even though the zip has gone.

I found out after I got it, it was actually a girls one, though does not look any different. It is in size XL but I reckon it is a UK medium.

So what your saying is you cross dress on a regular basis.
