A month!?!?! Urg no! For me it's usually once a week to 10 days, or if I even start to feel slightly grotty in bed - whichever comes first. I'm very particular when it comes to geting to sleep and I can't be on a manky bed.

I don't have a set period (if it starts to feel grotty or smell it goes) - only during the summer would it be once a week though - probably more like every 10-14 days.

Also what is it about clean bedding that is so satisfying? I'd probably change it less often but for that.

Once a week. I do have a friend who changes hers every day, she must be particularly sweaty.

(Tbh if I wasn't married or lived on my own it wouldn't be once a week...)

Some people are like that not because of being particularly sweaty - shower twice a day, full change of clothes and bedding daily, etc. without seeming to have any problem with sweat, etc. seems over the top to me but some I guess are particularly sensitive to feeling grotty much earlier than others.

It's every week for me, even when I was a student!

The only exception is if I've been away for 3 or more nights in a week and then I'll skip that week. That happens about twice a year.

I do the duvet case one a month.
white sheet every 1-2 weeks, pillow cases like every 5 days.

shower daily, sleep in clean underwear+tshirt do nothing other than sleeping in bed.

I don't think I ever slept with anyone who did it more than once every 2 weeks as a normal schedule, obviously there's time you deviate from schedule if needed.

Need a thread for curtains, that's where the horrors will be and rugs that never got washed in like 10 years :P carpets too did you ever wash yours bro?
