I wouldn't say Williams are a useless team, They just haven't had a very good year. Someone who is useless though is Maldanardo every time you see him he's off the track or doing something silly.

I think Maldonado couldn't tell the difference between RB (Webber) and the Toro Rosso (Buemi). At those speeds they probably do look similar.

Compared to Kimi's last team Ferrari, they are useless.

Maybe one of the best history's on the grid, but that doesn't matter when it comes to racing on the day.
