Hamilton doing 2 laps that were only around 0.3s faster has ruined the minimal chance he had of doing anything other than sitting behind Rosberg at the end of the race.
And Hamilton was slower than Rosberg this lap.
Mercedes strategy guys seriously couldn't find their backsides with both hands, a mirror and a map.

No, everyone ignored that softs will be faster over a shorter stint, that is all I was saying, and he's repeatedly put in much faster laps. He's gained half the time in just over half the laps. His slowest laps have also not been seen, get blocked badly and a chance at a win disappears.
He has, exactly as I said, been able to push a second faster a lap. I didn't say he would get him at all, I said precisely the opposite that they pitted him 2 laps too late(on purpose to prevent a battle maybe?).
Everyone just completely ignored that the same tires can be faster over a shorter distance.
The fact is they ****** up again and no matter tyres they put on it still comes back to the fact they did it wrong. Sure stick him on super softs, same result, just a bit closer. Turgid GP to add to the list of turgid races this year.

Crofty is a complete idiot, the team just precisely told him if you don't turn the engine down we'll turn Rosberg's up. What a complete bell end, he thinks they told Hamilton if he gets held up they'll turn Rosberg's engine down to help Hamilton... lol.
WOW. I would feel like a complete IDIOT had I spent the race repeatedly SHOUTING at a forum forum of people (most of which have me on ignore) the same thing about how I was RIGHT and EVERYONE ELSE was an IDIOT and WRONG about Hamilton's race strategy.

It's okay, most of the forum were wrong that softs wouldn't be able to push a second a lap faster, you aren't actually on your own, you don't have to feel like a complete idiot.
It's quite obvious now. Telling him to turn his car down after adopting a strategy that offered no advantage to him. It's all about gifting Rosberg wins.
