Bottas is such a painfully slow driver and painfully unable to be fast without ruining his tires. Every other race he's doing an extra stop now. Brazil once Ricciardo passed him he pitted because his tires were shot. In the first stint Verstappen passed him and his times for the next 10 laps were a joke while Ham was WAY faster. On the mediums Ham made them perform okay to the end while Bottas took the pit.

Thing is for me Ocon has shown absolutely nothing that implies he's better than Bottas. I think Bottas had a few more outstanding races for Williams than Ocon has for FI, but I always thought Bottas was massively over rated, he was just faster than Massa... who was also over rated. I never saw any truly special races. The performance you've seen from Verstappen or Leclerc in their first seasons they showed more talent and skill than Bottas or Ocon ever have. Merc need someone far stronger than Ocon in the second seat if Ferrari are as strong again and have a improved second driver. Sure Kimi has been strong for the final 5 races but over the whole season his performance was 'meh'.
 
Looks like a Honda failing too with Gasly
Turn it up to 11 and nail it down the straight. We like seeing them become external combustion engines.
