Motors is quite intimidating to the non regulars tbh, I am trying to make it open to all in here while keeping the idiots out, it's a very fine line when there are both folks that come in to cause trouble and more frequent posters who make infrequent users feel unwelcome/intimidated, I am trying to get some sort of balance

Don't you get it? I'm not saying jokes or rude remarks should be taken out. I'm pointing out that you obviously don't mind the rules when they're going your way. If I was trying to get you banned, I'd RTM your posts (I'm pretty sure I've never done this), or have asked for it specifically here (I haven't).

Motors is just one big willy waving contest of the 'in crowd' trying to act elitist and put non-regular posters down. Its stupid and tiresome, and part of the reason I dont post in there very much.
I'm all for this not calling people trolls stuff, as long as you start warning people that post with the sole intention of getting a reaction of out of other supporters (technically, they are trolling) every time Man Utd (as an example) play.

you do have to remember that it is just as vlaid to want any team to lose as it is to want them to win, it's a case of trying to work put intentions

TBH, the "banter" amoung the regulars in here is fine and the discussions are normally okay, you get the odd debate taken too far but things in here are pretty much okay.
Just when people pop up, no posts in SA before with "lol united" or "CHESLEA WERE AMZING ZOMG" or "lol liverpool" type things, they shouldn't be able to do that.
