advice needed, I'm thinking of changing to 40"

Absolutely love my 42" LG C2 for all content. 4K at about 120% scaling is perfect for me. About 75cm from my eyes to the screen and I don't find it overwhelming. If I were to go for a 32" monitor I'd want 4K. Below 100 PPI just starts to look a bit pixel-y to me.

My friend doesn't have great eyesight and finds 1440p at 32" perfect though...

Yeah I use LG C" OLED for my TV and as a second monitor, but I prefer my dell 27 ips for proper gamimg.

Excuse me, sir. Are you saying that playing Thief Gold and SWAT 4 on a 42" OLED isn't proper gaming? :p

I played CoD a couple of years ago on it and found I was able to be competitive enough. Any poor performances were definitely a skill issue. I don't play anything competitive or fast-paced currently, but I find it very immersive for single player stuff.

After all that
Please say you love it lol

Too big for me personally
But that's the thing with monitors
You can have all the specifications
But size and flat/curved/how big a curve
It still comes down to personal preference
yes and no lol

dunno why i thought it would be TV size 40", its Very wide !
but that's a good thing, i can have 2 websites open next to each other or what ever and still not loose anything off the website

or I can increase the scaling and not loose anything of the screen so to speak, its amazing what i can do

hopefully ill get used to it as time goes on
