The retail CPU comes with a stock intel heatsink.

You starting to get me worried now as these are simple questions etc, are you sure you can build this?

Edit...wait, the Haswell-E might not even come with a stock cooler.

Nope it doesn't.

So you will need a heatsink or a all-in-one cooler.

Ignore that video I posted, thats for socket 1150 Haswell CPUs etc.

The 5820/5930 and 5960X do not come with a heatsink.

The gpu im looking at is the inno3d listed earlier today. Im not planning on playing on both but would it be posdible?

A single GTX980 is not enough for 4K gaming.

You can do everything else on it such as watch Youtube in 4K and video editing programs etc, but gaming nah.

That will game at 4K, but then you need a bigger PSU, something like a 1Kwatt Superflower.

That card also needs its own 120mm fan position in a case for its radiator.

It will be quicker than a titan as its dual gpus on a single card (its 2 x r9 290X on a single pcb)

It will game on one monitor yes.

And you can have a webpage/youtube open on the other etc.
