Advice on being threatened by 1 star reviews

Makes sense, it's got nothing to do with the product. If it's broken you get the seller to sort it and either refund or resend.
It's like when you see 1 star reviews "Product never arrived", tells me nothing about the product and due to the way Amazon works I probably wouldn't even be buying from the same seller anyway.

Yeah it does make sense. I thought it relevant to others due to the shocking packaging.
But I do understand the rejection. Must be new as seen so many irrelevant reviews.

Certainly won't be ordering again with that packaging.

Looks like amazon are changing thier review review methods.

Tried to leave a negative 2 star review and it was rejected.

Here's my review

Soon as I picked it up I knew it was smashed. Upon opening it was contained in 2 boxes. But the pot was wrapped in a single layer of small bubble wrap.

No point asking for a replacement because that will probably be smashed too.

Although I am technically reviewing the seller (the manufacturer in this case) it would explain why I saw no negative reviews if all saying "inadequate posting method" get removed.

I suspect it was your last sentence that got it rejected. I remember writing a short 1 star review about something taking ridiculously long to turn up and it was rejected because it wasn't specifically about the item. Which is frankly stupid considering the "purchase" of an item typically takes into account the way the seller deals with delivery - i.e. how quickly it's dispatched, how well said item is packaged, how well the seller has communicated with the buyer during these stages.

I'd deliberately not purchase from a seller if you knew it took them several weeks to dispatch an item they already have in stock, along with it being woefully packaged. So in my opinion it is as relevant to the review as the actual item being sold.

Last sentence was written in annoyance! :D

If you could review the seller separately to the item it would definitely be against the seller. So I do see the purpose of the rejection. As many people could sell this.

The difficulty is proving they are fake.
