Not sure but dont exit as I can't get back in now, stuck on downloading patch info even though I was playing 2 mins ago.
i've been in and out 3 times so far - just give it a few mins and it usually sorts itself out for me

Awesome, its great........................Love the combat system. This game is pretty cool.
yea, basically you create the character with the name he wants and when he logs in you you delete the character and he creates one with the same name. Works in most MMO's.
yeah easy. you log in with your account and create a character with the name. once the guy has the game and installed and ready to create character he asks you to delete the one you created so he can quickly take the name
