Yea, he fits perfectly into the high tempo pressing game Rodgers wants to play. His age and wage demands won't be a concern for the money men either.

He does seem able to score goals, something our forwards and midfield struggle with.

He's very highly rated that Assaidi, fulham tried to get him twice but it looked like Ajax or PSV were going to nick him and pulled out. Plays on the wing and attacking mid. Thought he was younger than 24 though.

Brendan Rogers does have an eye for a good player, here's hoping that liverpool can be the 6th team really pushing for CL (assuming NUFC put in a good showing again). Now that would be a real world class league unlike all the others.

Wow, 17 goals in your first season at a new club. I'd be happy with that.

We don't need him to score 25+ a season because we will be spreading the goals around the entire team. RVP was basically the goal machine at Arsenal, no one else was scoring for them. UTD have so many players that can score goals.
