All Three One Plans to be cancelled from today

I might switch to BT as I have my internet with them, they are the same as EE right? So if I check coverage with an EE sim that should be the same?

Got the letter today... Was good seeing what three offered everyone else as now I'm not going to bargain with them blind. If they don't offer me a much improved deal than what the letter says there's plenty of good alternative deals out there at the moment.

Also, I noticed that you can get 6 month free Deezer if you are currently on three. I have signed up for that but not sure if they terminate the free Deezer subscription if you leave three during those 6 months? (Sorry if this has already been asked)

Got my letter yesterday, I was on the All You Can Eat Plan £15 per month - SIM only.

The letter states that they can switch me over to their current like for like deal for £30 per month including a £3 discount.

So chaps, what are my options leave 3 and move to giffgaff, challenge 3 to see what offers they have ?

Requested my PAC, as they only have 33 days notice on the form I'm not paying a single month of £30. I now have time to find a new deal. Didn't entertain negotiating with India, told them not to bother as I was looking at better deals. That way I am at least going to be cancelled before the deadline they gave me and I can negotiate at a later date.

UPDATE: I have been offered 4GB, AYCE mins and texts for £12pm on a 12 month contract. Not signed up yet.

Been through my data usage it averages about 300MB although there was a peak of 1036MB in September last year

Got my letter few weeks ago.

Currently on the Online 600 internet sim so get AYCE data, unlimited text and 600mins for £16/month.

Letter offer was £25/month.

I'd noticed when I log into my account, I have an offer for 4GB data 600 mins for £16/ month but I get an additional £3 discount but I cant seem to find that now.

I'll take a look through the whole thread to compare what others had managed to get

Same as what I was offered last year when I went to cancel intending to move to EE with the 6P. It was cheaper staying with Three and buying the phone outright and I decided I wasn't going to get anything better than that anywhere else and I've been really happy with Three's coverage and excellent 3G speeds (no 4G up here in the sticks, but no need either).

Got my letter today price going up to £20 for the Ultimate Internet 200 from the old £12.90.

Not had mine yet, but its only going to be a matter of time now I feel....

If I'm paying £20 a month it won't be to three.

Got my letter yesterday , phoned up this morning.
Was on the one plan for £15 .. Best they offered me was 200mins and unlimited data on a 12 month sim only for £20 (same price as the website) so got PAC code.

Who you going to go with?

Probably o2 .. £21 deal with unlimited calls/texts and 6gb data (just about enough data)
Three's signal isn't the best at work out in the sticks and o2's is the best out there. Tbh the only reason I stayed with three was because the deal was so good for £15 per month, and it was nice having the unlimited tethering as a back up in case my virgin media internet goes a bit funky from time to time.

Got my letter end of last week - was also on the £15/month One Plan - which suggested I have their £30 (inc. £3 discount) unlimited everything plan....
Called up, after checking my data/mins usage and tried to get a decent deal - kept getting told about special 'discount' rates they were offering me, which happened to be the same as on 3's website; I argued and said these are not discounted.....they replied that all their tariffs are discounted....I said discounted against what, i.e. no standard prices....and round we went.

So, I said I wasn't satisfied and wanted to complain, they put me through to customer relations.....in the end, got rolling 1-month 8GB/unlimited mins for £18, which suits me fine (£27 on website)......tbh, I like 3 for the 'Feel At Home', and use it quite a bit when travelling, so would have been reluctant to leave. Guess I did OK :)

I was in the same boat as you, but I was in Geneva on the weekend and I could not use data for almost the entire time I was there. It was pretty much completely useless.

I experienced a similar problem when I went to Stockholm at the end of last year, so Three need to #makethingsright and improve the performance. At the moment it's not a compelling reason to stay with them.

Why not??? They're just as good as others (if not better than some) Never had a problem...

Waiting for my letter now! I knew £12.90/month for unlimited data etc... wouldn't last! but £20 isn't bad for Ultd. Data (+12Gb Tethering), Ultd. Texts, 200 minutes... Plus the 'Feel at Home'

Though I'm still gonna see what sort of deal they can do!!!

Well I'm not sorting anything out until next week contract wise, if they were to phone me up in the next few days and offer a good enough deal I'll consider staying with them, but the deal has to be good to compensate for the weaker signal at work.
That deal they offered you isn't too bad.

Plus free 4G too which others seem to charge a big premium for!
