She doesn't really want you, but she also doesn't want anyone else to have you either. Ditch her........ Wait a minute, this is happening to me too, almost identical.

Problem is, i am sure the OP is like me in that he can't get this bad ex out of his head, loves her and enjoys the time he spends with her.

I find the term "narni" a lot worse. Punani just sounds like an exotic fruit to me. :D

In reply to the original poster: been through this same situation mate, dump her. The stress/tension/anxious/anger levels droped so dramatically for me it was ridiculous. I actually felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I know that sounds so clichéd, but it really was how I felt.

Another thing that will help is going out to pub/club/bars and socialising with new females. Do not take the interactions seriously, like trying to find a new girlfriend. Just flirt and have fun.
 
Um, I'd bang her if you have not done before and ditch her, long relationships arn't the best of ideas and usually don't work out IMO.

If you carry on this little banter your being taken for a ride (not a good one either. ;)) it's fairly obvious something happens when she 'sleeps over' considering they used to be more than friends.

But in all seriousness, do her first (only if she's an alrighty) as it might be a while before you find someone else or something like that.

Your only holding yourself back, you can probably do better ...

I only read the first post so it's probably been said but you can be almost certain she's still *seeing* him. Don't put up with the bull****, I'[ve been in that exact same position but I moved on and now I couldn't be happier :)

Don't forget to give her a spiderman for the road :)
