Amanda Knox and her Ex found guilty of the Murder of Medredith Kercher

Who would have thought it, the two white middle class are not guilty yet the black drifter did it.

Fixed. That's what the evidence indicates.

I do wish they'd stop referring to Guede as a drifter (whatever that means anyway). Race has nothing to do with this case.

explain no dna in the room, except for that of the other chap who was found guilty of the murder.

no dna in the room - she was a flatmate.....??

the question was re: DNA on the knife and bra strap - the prosecution holds that there is....

like I said - there isn't necessarily sufficient evidence but IMO she probably was involved.

Did she go to jail or is she free? Conflicting stories from big news websites. :/

She spent several years in jail, but has now been freed.

Well of course the prosecution are going to say it's viable. In reality, it amounts to nothing.

No DNA in Meredith's bedroom.

I don't know about you, you can share a place with someone (Meredith had only been there 2 months) and not go into their bedroom. There was probably DNA such as the odd hair which can be easily explained, walking in the flat can take hair from one room to another. But I doubt there was the kind of DNA that a murder conviction is needed, i.e. over Meredith Kercher's body.

Well evidently as the Jury have just found her not guilty - I'm not disputing that - IMO she probably was involved (as in I believe it is more likely she had some involvement in the murder than she was completely innocent and had nothing to do with it) but there simply isn't sufficient evidence for a safe conviction here.

Definitely above average

I think thats pretty damn good without any make up at all on, i would.

Would also add that she'll likely now make a small fortune from the press attention this case has brought about... I guess it depends how much she chooses to milk it but potentially TV show appearances, interviews and perhpas even book/film deals... (given how much her family have already been spinning the whole thing to the US media)

I doubt there was too... but I'd say she was probably involved...

You keep saying that, based on what, false statements by people who wanted to be involved in the case, the lead guy wanting to spread the blame, the lack of any evidence, afaik dna being found on a knife, in a flat she used, that wasn't the murder knife?

IF you live with someone, leave, someone murders the person you live with, and they put you in jail because a knife there, that wasn't the murder weapon, had your DNA on it, and there was literally no evidence in any way linking you to the murder, you'd be fine with people saying you were probably involved?

The case was a joke, she may have been involved, she probably wasn't, there is no proof she was involved at all afaik.

From what I remember a lot of people assumed her guilt because of the way she behaved in court, but in another country, accused of doing something you didn't, someone you knew semi well being murdered and the potential for being put in jail and your entire life ruined, just as many people would basically act like they were in shock and shut down as would freak out and cry like mental cases.

IMO she probably was involved

Yes, but I'll ask again, are you basing this on something I don't know, or is it just a wild guess? Don't just say "reports".

Given that there doesn't seem to be any evidence she was involved, or for that matter, that I was involved in the murder.

But that is what I'm basing it on - what else would you think I'm basing it on? - she probably was involved but there isn't a sufficient evidence for a conviction.

she was released to become a millionaire! but she did get found guilty of slander but as she has already served 4 years it was deemed she had served her sentence.
