I've had a case where I never received a delivery email but someone else found my package in theirs instead of their order. However that's out of 100+ locker orders so no too bad, although it was a pain to sort out due to the other recipient being awkward.
In general lockers are great but some items that would easily fit are excluded, in certain cases because an overly large box is used but in most cases for no reason. I presume something on the Amazon system must say the item is larger than it is.
If it wasn't for Amazon lockers Prime would be far less useful as our local Yodel that deliver most other Prime orders are shall we say less than perfect
