I think it's bloody ridiculous that for their 1 click service they automatically set your delivery preference to first class. And there isn't even an option to change this default. Hence, 1 click delivery is pointless for me as I only ever use next day or super saver.

Rant over.

:p

I fail to see how prime is worth it. Yes it's nice to have stuff the next day but it wasn't that long ago before a next day service was something only a 1st class stamp could do. £50 a year for something you can have for £0 a year (by that I mean simple delivery, you get it delivered to you) seems a bit silly to me. If you really want it tomorrow why didn't you just order it last week?

I can order on a Sunday evening and have it delivered on a bank holiday Monday, that's pretty good service!

Your missing the point. You need to convince your wife/mum/boyfriend or whoever how good it is then they sign up for it and you get it too. :p That way it also costs £0 per year. ;)

I'm with you. I always choose the slowest/cheapest delivery option with everything. I've never got into being stressed that something hasn't turned up on the exact day that I think it will. And I've never been stressed about what time post turns up. I think that there are people that would be happy if they had something delivered at 08:30 but would moan their head off if it had turned up at 16:00 the day before.
