Amazon Prime Day

I remember either the same or a similar event last year and I did buy a number of things. But this year there doesn't appear to be as many tempting offers.
 
There was a great xbox gold + £10 credit deal yesterday, not sure if it's still active. Just grabbed a 128GB USB drive too as they're always handy.
 
I've only ordered the complete set of Narnia books. Don't have that much money to spend as I would like to have and didn't know this day existed (will try remember for next year).
 
Would you buy someone a Fire HD 8 for £50, who is unlikely to buy/afford a fancy tablet in the near future?
 
I wanted 3 more E27 Hue bulbs to go with the B22 starter kit i got, so ordered one myself then got two mates to both order me a bulb each (annoying limit of one bulb each)
 
Added 1L bottle of Kraken Spiced Rum to my basket. Shame Rumbullion isn't up there!
 
Gutted I missed the MS Surface deal. I know its not the best tablet but would have done me well for the money!
