Might try the locker option next time and see if they can get it out sooner. Currently had on order sitting in the warehouse for 3 days without being dispatched. When Amazon do eventually dispatch, they usually deliver next day anyway, so how are they saving money over dispatching early and using a slow post?

Filling up spare space on vans that are primarily filled with next days. Your stuff just waits until they either have spare room or your parcel is almost going to be late.

Depends, they used to offer a partial refund if you'd used it once or twice don't know if they still do. Best jumping on a web chat and seeing what they say.

why is it so difficult to find the web chat these days? I'm sure a couple of years ago you could easily get to it.. is there a direct link?
