I can't fault Amazon's RMA service - better than any other retailer easily. I sent item back on Thursday, Friday item received at Amazon, processed, and refunded within 24 hours of sending.

Amazon are running a 60 day DSR over the christmas period as well, which started in November - standard is 30 day DSR! lol :)

I know, but I'm paranoid that they might see I've cancelled, get lazy and not guarantee my tuesday delivery anymore (probably not), plus it's a bit mean if they see I've blatantly cancelled it before I've even received my goods while they still guarantee me delivery by tuesday. :p

I cancel Prime before I even order anything :D.

My first Prime trial ran out earlier this month, so I just made a new account to get free next day delivery for a HDD I wanted :p.
 
I did the trial and canceled the second I took it, reading this thread though had me worried so I checked;

Thank god! Wow, the cancelling of that was actually something I've done right and smart for once! OMG!!! :eek:

The world didn't end today though did it... weird.

But yeah, @ OP, you messed up when trying to 'work' the system so to speak, yet they still rectified your mistake;
