This is what's happens
You buy the card
You should then receive an email from OCUK which has a code AMD Rewards
Go here for Amd rewards and create an account
https://www.amdrewards.com/login
Once registered, login in and insert the code.
You will be then given a list of your rewards and you have to claim them,
If you have to pick 2 of 3 options this is where you do it so be sure you have decided which game you want
Once you have claimed the games you want, they will notify you by email, when the game is near to launch.

I wouldn't worry if the AMD reward code doesn't arrive until the item is shipped: these games aren't out yet anyway and the keys aren't available yet.
