Do you have the CPU and card already? What's your budget?
No mate I just wanted the best cpu AMD do, am I correct in thinking that's the best at the moment??? As for the GPU I don't really want to spend more than £250 , I suppose I can spend up to £900 be nice to get it for less if possible
Thanks for your reply buddy
That's not the best CPU AMD do, although it's the best series.
If you haven't got the GPU already, you should look at getting the AMD Radeon 7950 for 175.00.
Any reason for wanting to go AMD over Intel on the CPU front?
You don't need an i7 though, an i5 is a lot cheaper, and in the vast majority of games offers the same gaming performance.
Would you be overclocking? If you're not you could get the Haswell Xeon which is an i7, but at the i5 4670k's price.
For 900 pound, it's very likely that an i5 4670K and Radeon 7950 will be the way to go.
This is the kind of AMD system I'd get for around £800-£900.

You can just add on a wifi PCI-E wifi card like this:

Teppic's first spec looks good![]()
The Corsair case is small for a tower case. If you want mini-ITX, then there's no AMD option at this budget, it'd be Intel with the 7950.
