With an undervolt and a small OC, how does this compare with a GTX1070 G1? Resolution would be 1440p. From looking online it is up to 15% faster. I can sell my 1070 for the cost of the Vega 56 after selling the games.

It would be marginally better like you say 10-20% depending on the titles but worth the switch for fresh warranty.

They're not comparable products at the end of the day.
Dirt rally is the definition of the exception.
That obviously doesn't detract from this deal, but it's not a 2070 beater (But it doesn't need to be at this price)
This Vega 56 is the best bang for buck flat out.

Brilliant deal there gibbo, definitely AMD deciding to get in there before the 1660Ti hits.
Gotto love that dirt rally chart, I take it dirt rally 2 is a game that AMD do rather well in, with the Radeon V11 even beating the 2080ti. So good for that title but certainly not going to be the norm.

If I order one of these today, I can't test it until the meshify C comes into stock and arrives and gets built by Wednesday next week, how long do I have to test it to make sure it's not faulty before returning it if it is faulty?

Gonna get one of these ordered. Should be a practically free upgrade after selling my 1070 G1. Sadly, my Vega 64 is going back to OUCK as it has bad coil whine so will hopefully this card is better!
