AMD OWNERS ONLY what cpu do you have

You could have been less vague by "Drop volts" and not gave a screenshot that the majority of Phenom II's will never achieve (Which, he may think is the norm, sets his Phenom II up like that and no POST/BSOD)
Although IIRC 1.4v was some Phenom II's stock volts ; Phenom II 965 C3's (My 1.4 VID couldn't do 4GHZ, but my 1.375 VID could)

EDIT : With the maturity of the process, I concur it's "high", but don't be vague :p, I'd settle for 1.35v then work my way overclocking it.

Agreed, I should have stated the volts. Also he doesn't have a normal PII he has the one and only (literally) Zosma core. :)

A phenom II x4 955BE running at 3.8GHz (C2 stepping which refuses to stabilise above 3.8) had it since 2009, still going strong now.

The spare pc is an older socket 939 athlon64 3700 running at 2.9GHz

I'm planning on pushing my C2 965BE to the ragged edge soon. I know they're rated as safe up to 1.55v with adequate cooling, but I also heard stories of people running up to 1.6v for long periods with no issues.

So given that when I bought my CPU, a Titan Fenrir was considered to be a big HSF, I guess we'll see what I can get out of it when my Phanteks PH-CP14FTFEJFH42GY turns up.

AMD 3800+ AM2
2GB DDR2 800MHz
250GB (ish) SATA HDD.

I got given it a while ago and use it for folding mostly, my main rig is Intel but I posted since I own an AMD system :p

Stoner81.

AMD Bulldozer FX-8 Eight Core 8150 Black Edition 3.60Ghz, 8 GB ram. It replaced my Phenom II X2 Dual Core 555 3.20GHz Black Edition.

quiet happy with it. Does very well when ripping DVDs for my tablet (~20mins) and processing photos in Adobe Lightroom.

Not much of gamer anymore, but it runs F1 2011 with Gainward GeForce GTX 460 GLH 1024MB GDDR5

Corsair H100
Pre ordered the FX-8350 with a local retailer :D
Asus Crosshair V Formula - Z 990FX
Corsair Dominator GT 2133MHZ 16GB
Nvidia EVGA GTX 680 SC+ 2GB
Corsair Neutron GTX 240GB
Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB
Asus ROG Xonar Phoebus
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit Edition
Corsair Pro Series 850W Fully Modular
Corsair 800D

Also have an Ivybridge build with exactly the same parts as above apart from the CPU - 3770K and the Motherboard - Asus Maximus V Extreme.
So the comparisons will be interesting :)

I used to love my AMDs but I jumped ship to Intel when I moved on from my 3700+ San Diego to a C2D setup.
I'm still just waiting for AMD to call me back, but atm their current desktop solutions seem a backwards step from my 3 gen old Q9650 @ 4Ghz.
Come on AMD! Get it together, I firmly believe there's a lot of people just wanting to come back when you give us the chance.

Heart says AMD. Head says Intel.

Still use a AMD Phenom II 720BE in my HTPC it's unlocked to a quad, but i run it at stock, does everything that it should with the minimum of fuss lol :)
