AMD OWNERS ONLY what cpu do you have

I used to love my AMDs but I jumped ship to Intel when I moved on from my 3700+ San Diego to a C2D setup.
I'm still just waiting for AMD to call me back, but atm their current desktop solutions seem a backwards step from my 3 gen old Q9650 @ 4Ghz.
Come on AMD! Get it together, I firmly believe there's a lot of people just wanting to come back when you give us the chance.

Heart says AMD. Head says Intel.

This is spot on for me, I really want to go AMD for my new build that is coming up soon, but Intel just seems the correct option.

Hopefully by the time I have saved the money up (end of November) something will have happened and I can go the AMD way!

Going Intel just seems like selling out, even if they do have the performance :(

AMD 945 3.0GHZ
Xigmatek Apache
GIGABYTE M85M-US2H
4 GB DDR2
1 GB ZOTAC 460
NZXT BETA EVO case

may do an update when funds allow ......and when AMD make a cpu that is worth it!

That wasn't my best clock, but it's the only one I've got on my photobucket.

Am I the only one here that thought the thread title ought to be changed to - 'AMD Owners only - do you think I'm attractive?' :P
Sorry, I will be putting a proper build together in the new year and I am really hopping AMD come to the party... Would love an 8350 to be a realistic option for a build.

I'm rocking a Phenom II X4 975 at stock speeds (3.6Ghz).

I've got a Phenom II X3 720 as backup and an Athlon 64 3200, 3700, and Athlon 64 X2 4600 out of old systems rotting away.

Thought I'd chime in with my 'cheap as possible for the fun of it' build.

Phenom II x2 545 @3.5GHz
2Gb 1333MHz RAM
4850 512 DDR3
160, 120Gb hdds
Asrock gsm760
Arctic freezer 7
Windows XP
Whole lot cost about 150 excluding case and OS.

It surprises me how well it runs things like crisis 2 and GTA IV! It can run less demanding games like Mafia II and fallouts at 1080p. Borderlands 2 runs OK with physx on too. Haven't tried things like BF3 because I don't own it...

I've have pretty much reached the upgrade limit om my good ol' Asus M4N82 Deluxe with nForce980a chipset from 2009. The old AMD Phenom II X6 1090T is still doing fine. I upgraded from a X4 955 to the X6 1090T, but there was really no improvement... I just got 6 cores now and even 2years later 2 of the cores still remain rather inactive due to lack of proper multi-core applications.

The last upgrade to the machinery I did yesterday where I went from GTX 460 1GB SLi to GTX 660 2GB... It may be that I'll get a 2nd one for SLi.

Phenom II 555 x2 unlcoked to a B55 quad and running @ 4ghz on 1.43v
Scythe Ninja heatsink
Asus Crosshair IV Extreme
16GB Kingston DDR3 1600MHz
Sparkle GTX465 with a Zalman heatsink
Crucial SSD 60GB
Around 1.6TB of additional mechanical storage over three drives
NZXT Phantom
Windows 7 64bit
