AMD RX 580 and RX 560 leak

The 580s not Vega, as Vega isn't numbered, its like the Furys, they are both called RX Vega, which was revealed by Raja, along with the t-shirt, don't know if the big one (10) will be RX Vega X, and the small (11), will be RX Vega Pro like the Furys though, we'll just have to wait and see.

The 580 is just a 480 with an extra 74MHz on the core by all accounts, and an 8-Pin instead of a 6, and a massive bump in price, as they are going up by around £100 by the looks of it.

Only 74mhz? last time i checked 1500 - 1266 = 234mhz? ;)

Im actually wondering if there will be reference 580s? when they respun the 290 to 390 they didnt bother, would be nice if they done the same? although the fact theres low clocked 580's on the net points to probably ref models :(

What are we looking at here? the 1500mhz 580 has a better clock and better memory clock and throughput right? wonder what kinda % increase over a 480 we can expect, if the price is good they should sell a ton of them too.

The Fury lineup was all just variations of one GPU, though. Vega is supposed to include two entirely new GPU's. They could have course move to a non-numbered naming scheme for all of their upper mid-range/high end lines, but it seems like a waste to not use the x90 moniker for something.

Yeah 2x new ones, ones Vega, which is the big (10), and the small (11), with 11 being a cut-down of 10, ala the Fury Pro being a cut-down of the Fury X, and the other new one, is a new Polaris chip, for the 550 (or whatever its called).

That makes no sense when comparing to Polaris 10 and 11. Polaris 10 is a completely different Gpu compared to 11. The Figi gpu's were all the same size and the same chip. The pro in some cases could even be unlocked to be a full Fury X. With Polaris 10 and 11 you have the 460 which is way smaller than the 480/470. You could be right but with them naming the chips Vega 10 and 11 it suggest there will be 2 different chips. Personally i think there is to much of a gap from the RX480 up to the 1080ti for AMD to be trying to service this with just one chip size.

AMD Radeon RX 580, Radeon RX 570 and Radeon RX 550 Polaris Graphics Cards Performance Benchmarks Leaked – 3DMark Firestrike Extreme and Ultra Results Spotted

http://wccftech.com/amd-radeon-rx-580-570-560-3dmark-performance-benchmarks/

AMD Radeon RX 580 Graphics Card Specifications:
The AMD Radeon RX 580 is expected to feature a slightly higher clocked Polaris 10 GPU. So this is similar to many custom variants of the Radeon RX 480 that are available on the market. The card will feature all 2304 stream processors, 144 TMUs, 32 ROPs.

The chip itself will be clocked at 1340 MHz boost to deliver 6.17 TFLOPs of compute performance. Radeon RX 580 will be available in both 8 GB and 4 GB GDDR5 memory variants, clocking in at 8.0 GHz along a 256-bit bus interface. The card will pump out 256 GB/s bandwidth. Expect pricing to be slightly lower than the RX 480, around $199 – $249 US.

I can't remember where i read it but it said they were not changing the memory due to it still offering more bandwidth compared to the 1060.

Was a dig at the way sites have been circular citing each other as sources with rumours which are then run with as fact.

'Cut down' GPU's are not bigger or smaller, though. They are essentially the same GPU. Polaris 10 and Polaris 11 are two different GPU's. The 470 and 480 aren't.

If there's Vega 10 and Vega 11, then it would logically mean they will be entirely different GPU's and not just a variation of one like with Fury/Fury X.

Yeah, Vega will be two different GPU's, probably with a full and cut down GPU in each as they aren't just going to throw away all those GPU's that don't quite hit the mark.

Look at that clockspeed. A decent jump if true.
