Managed to see the add to cart button on competitors site briefly, but page would never load to allow it. Rest of the time i couldn't even load either site...who the hell manages to when it's like that?

I had an email from AMD to order from them directly. So I've just done that on the oft chance it puts my 3080 to shame and that still being in the 14 day return window.

Just spoke to a few retailers on the phone in the uk that i would normally try to source gpu's from and been told they haven't got any stock for todays launch! They spoke directly to the buying team and have been told only a select few uk retailers have been given stock due to very limited availability. I think i can guess which 2 retailers will be getting the stock, OCUK being one of the them and the other being a major competitor.

This is madness, its gonna crash both sites again and you're gonna be stuck on the checkout screen for yonks again.

OCUK have over priced by £80 on the 6800XT. The only other UK retailer showed £599 but I never saw a buy button. I currently have a Sapphire 6800XT in cart but at £679.99 "PREORDER" No thank you!

Well i managed to actually order one from ocuk...but when i clicked it and got the order into my basket it said pre-order....i've paid, so i guess i'll see what happens there. Wholely expecting ocuk to contact me and say "sorry your order came in after all the stock was gone"

I saw the "Add to Basket" on AMD's own website and on the major competitor of this establishment. Neither worked 5xx server errors all round. After enough of mashing F5, AMD temp-banned me as well lol. Overall a joke tbh - so much for "not a paper launch".
