AMD RX 6000 Series UK Pricing ?

Guess with the shortage of gfx cards with manufacturers blaming a demand problem. COnsoles also touted to be difficult to get hold of on launch and most wont get anything until nexy year. This must mean the world has turned into serious gamers! More than ever! Game devs should start investing in staff and getting games out for all these folk!

Its probably mainly because everyone is sat at home!

It's ok everyone. Praise AMD for only allowing those with access to a specialist forum or very tech savy the capability of finding where the **** to buy a card and then cross your fingers and pray to the AMD gods that you get selected to buy one of the few hundred in stock :D

Something known by anyone interested for a while now?? AIB's 25th AMD stock 18th. lol the rage :)
Yes, we all know AIB partner models are supposed to be releasing on the 25th.

But in that case, why would they publish a blanket statement saying pre-orders for the 6000 series are opening on the 25th?

Not rage. Just amusement at the total lack of reliable information, given AMD's previous statements that they had paid attention to nVidia's awful launch and were working hard to ensure adequate supply for theirs. :D

I'm still on a 3570K and don't even have a motherboard yet for the Zen 3 CPU I picked up, so I'm in no great rush.

A friend alluded to the fact product pages maybe aren't up right now to save bots being able to auto hammer them, difficult to refresh a page and add to basket when they don't even know the URL, and searching won't work.

Makes sense if you think about it! So maybe it will only be deserving people who end up with most of the (probably limited) stock!

After today there will be no reference cards available again anywhere. That's why pre-orders are for AIB cards as they're the only ones available going forward. So if you don't get a card today your order will be cancelled and any money refunded.

Stock is extremely limited, we have only a few hundred units and unlikely to see many more of the MBA card. A variety of new models will be available to pre order from next Wednesday.
