I am getting anxious now :(

I worried that ordering a cheap speaker for the wife, (that now displays out of stock after ordering) will cause my order to be delayed, and that the delay will cause me to not get the card I ordered as it will go to someone else...

(Ordered at 13:52 and order received Email came at 14:00) but can't shake the feeling I'm getting delivery shafted again :(
 
What a missed opportunity by AMD to say the least. Left right and centre these new cards were praised for their performance & value. In reality XT is £1k and XTX is £1,300. If I was willing to spend £1k ish I would get 4080. Better thermals & less noise, much better ray tracing, better driver support, less risk. AMD should have priced them at £1k and £800 respectively and they would still have full coffins and loads of people switching to AMD from Nvidia.
If these end up selling well then I'd expect nvidia to drop the 4080 to 1k and release a ti for £1200.
 
If you have an order number, would it specifically say pre order or is there a way to tell that you purchased available stock?

XT MBA's are in stock on Sapphire, so it cannot be a pre-order, WE HAVE STOCK. :)

If you mean XTX, they over-sold more due in 1-2 weeks on the MBA, custom cards probably 2-4 weeks.
 
So if the system crashed during checkout and you thought you secured stock, it could well be that it's not currently a reality?

If you still have no shipment notification then maybe something went wrong, we now only have 42 left to ship out tonight.

I'd advice dropping a webnote to customer service or posting in the CS section with order number and they can check the order for you and correct any issue or let you know when to expect stock.

As I get more shipment details I shall post them in this thread.

I've opened a webticket just for reassurance purposes. Phone lines are now closed. (Can't believe where the day has gone!) :D
