Guys are working crazy to get them all out tonight before DPD collects.

Anyone who does not get a shipment email tonight (check your junk/spam) then I am afraid you missed out on this batch. Once I have more details on next shipment I shall post in this thread but my guess is:
MBA = 1-3 weeks
Custom = 2-4 weeks
 
I have a sapphire mba 7900xtx in my cart ie it seems I can preorder it. When would I receive if I did?

Well it should not order it, but I guess this could explain why the cards over sell, so if your happy to order it, do try and let me know if your sucessful and I shall let IT team know this.
ETA would be 2-3 weeks now.
 
We only had 8 Devil cards on XTX I am afraid.

We sold around 50 in total before I pulled the order button, Powercolor are informed that we have 40 customers waiting who have paid in full and that they need to ship to us urgently, expect to wait 2-4 weeks.
Will someone be in contact with us I'd rather just cancel and get a different card as my system doesnt have one at all at moment

It seems if you had it in the cart before it sold out you can still preorder. Need to have a think.. don't want to create any additional problems for you guys though!

If you wish to cancel, please drop a webnote to CS and they shall process a refund for you. :)

This seems to be the case as I added it to my cart as soon as it would let me but couldn't get to payment for a longgg time. By the time I had completed payment checks they were sold out - and it doesn't seem I was in this batch? Or, do you have a further allowance for pre-orders before you remove the button in the first place?

Thanks I think I'll just end up swapping for a 4090 to soften the blow

You will have for sure, as I took the order button away so we only sold 22 in total, 9 ship today so only 13 left, so I will ensure Sapphire ship us those 13 cards as a minimum once they build more.
Well that's good news dude. Like I said previously. All I have is gratitude and just gotta keep positive that it arrives before Christmas. If not.. Well, it's not the end of the world. Like I said in my previous posts I was undecided about the purchase anyway, but when I saw it was available I thought hell yeah! and went for it.. :D

It's good to know that I am in the que to get one of the 13 so that's great!

It's also good to know that OCUK have a good working relationship with Sapphire as well, so that should be an incentive to ship and deliver within the expected time frame given your sales expectation was above the board and smashed some sales records I'm sure.

Understood that it's the busiest time of year and I appreciate all the efforts to fulfill orders for everyone involved.

Is there a way you can keep us posted with shipment notifications from Sapphire as soon as the stock has been shipped? If so, that would be amazing.

Which payment method did you use? That is odd only had this happen before on Amazon when they messed up.
I went with Amaozn pay and my credit card showed a proper 1049GBP transaction.

ST5188722 is the order ID.

I am very frustrated now... Got my new PC new monitor new everything for the holiday.
 
My order was accepted (including payment) at about 14:15 and had a confirmation of order email at 14:20 for a Powercolour XTX and still had no email confirming dispatch nearly 4 1/2 hours later. Hope this is an actual sale against stock held as I was quite some time before your cut-off for next day delivery?

I am very frustrated now... Got my new PC new monitor new everything for the holiday.

We had this issue with 4090's but that was like 250 orders which Amazon just messed up and then refunded.
We have no idea why it happens and seems a glitch Amazon's end on product launches with high volume of basket transactions.

Amazon assured us it was fixed, seems not the case and means we will probably have to remove that payment facility for future product launches.

The Powercolor XTX had sold out by 14:00 I am afraid. Sorry for the bad news, were expecting more in a couple of weeks fingers crossed.
