Sapphire alerted us to a rogue serial number to which failed their checks but was still shipped by mistake.
So I had it pulled from stock and it is now keeping me company until I return it to Sapphire.
No it is an extremely rare occasion but unfortunately our website cannot update quick enough when 100's are people are all ordering the same product within the same seconds and in all fairness we did not expect this level of crazy sales otherwise we would have actioned further constraints on the product. I can only apologise.
Yep, but Sapphire are a great company, no doubt in all the rush trying to get stock on planes it slipped through the net, thankfully I caught it.
Its a big one, it matches the Inno3D iChill 4090 for size and is actually thicker. I will get 8 Pack to get a tape measure against it as were keeping hold of it for a few days as are hoping it still works and is something minor wrong with it, as we want to review it if it still works enough for that.
This is an unknown.
So far Sapphire have 25 cards coming to us for the MBA which might land next week, they are working on additional MBA cards for us.
All brands custom cards will be mid/end January now.

The time one orders does not necessarily result in queue order as the payment processor used may have delayed where they go in the queue, so something to always bear in mind.
Debit/Credit card orders tend to process instantly, whereas sometimes PayPal and Amazon payment processors can be delayed, finance even more so.

Well Sapphire are shipping us 25, so you will be no.16 after those ship out, even lower if some other people cancel or change their orders.
In fairness OcUK had hundreds of XTX, some companies got 0 or like 10 units.
Either modern graphics are really hard to make or they are downscaling production to create shortages and this mess.
Thank fully we are dealing with it as fast as we can.
Looks to me like someone in our CS team has merged the email I wrote for them but somehow have parts of an old 3080 email within them as I put no mention of discounts.
It’s either a case of wait, switch for a card in stock and three were put on the email or request a refund.
It’s an error our end so all I can do is make the discount a reality:

6900 XT @ £649
4080 @ £1149
I’ll communicate this to CS team tomorrow as it’s only fair that an error has been made by offering a discount to now truly offer a discount for anyone willing to switch.

We will but I can see it been now were near enough to handle demand. Let’s hope AMD maybe have plenty of stock or delay launch until they do.
