There's absolutely no reason why it should.
GTX has more and faster everything...
16 more shaders, 75Mhz higher core, 188Mhz more shader, 400Mhz more mem speed...
How can a card based on the same arcitecture but slower possibly beat the higher clocked faster card in anything?
That is a factory overclocked BFG card in the review:

Ahhhh! Didn't notice the OCX suffix, well that's a little shady of them, it should be compared to a stock GT.

Erm.... Are the averages correct ? not so according to my maths
Its not as simple as picking the figure in the middle, half of the benchmark could have ran on the low end of things bringing the average down, its an average of every frame, not an average of the high and low.

It was... but now it isn't.
I'd like to see inside AMDs mind, since not releasing benchmarks for what seems a very good product whilst their rival is selling their product by the bucketload, seems a little mad to me.
Perhaps they are awaiting improved drivers?
