I thought the AX370 boards are ATX and the X370 are M-ATXBut the GA-X370-Gaming 5 and the GA-AX370-Gaming 5 are both ATX, if the K5 is the first one the former then they made the latter too damn big. Now I'm even more confused lol.

As I understand it: 16x for graphics direct to CPU, 4x for storage direct to CPU, 4x between CPU and chipset.I'm trying to figure out the deal with the PCI lanes on the X370 boards.
After using:
do we only have 12 left to work with? Or are 4 more locked for NVMe use? Leaving 8 spare?
- 16 for the graphics card
- 4 for the chipset communications

The biggest x86 launch for AMD in five years is today: Ryzen is here. As always before a major launch, AMD gives a ‘Tech Day’ for relevant press and analysts, and through this event AMD’s CEO, Dr. Lisa Su lifted the lid on one of the most anticipated products in the semiconductor industry. AMD knows how to control the level of enthusiasm for its fans, and today is the end result, with processors going on pre-order from major retailers today, ready for a general hard launch on March 2nd.
My guess is NDA expires at 18:00 and a bunch of reviews go live.
Wouldn't surprise me if OCUK pre-order page goes live at about the same time but you never know.
Or maybe they have the throne built, the nice lady has just left the building and they've got the blighters ready to ship. Who knows?
