lol, need to try it again. I can't speak for the other games but the remaster is very good!!
 
Anyone know any decent performance guides for this?

Running on i7 12700k, 32GB RAM and 3060ti at 4k - i do have limited expectation of a good FPS but im getting around 14 FPS in places like Chorroll.
 
Does it still include that glitch where you can kill a guy in some town and as long as you finish him off before he gets to the door you can steal his money from a chest, but it keeps re-setting every time you go into the house? :D :D

Not that I took advantage of that one of course. :D

I've had a much smoother game play experience by switching of SSR and switching on Lumen. I'm not sure if you've tried that out.

On a scale of fine/playable through to stalker 2 release day, what's the performance like with this and is it addressable through patches or is it engine limitation and so on?

It's playable on my rig. 7700 OC, 9070XT, 1440p, 32GB. around 75fps

But I'd say you'd probably need DLSS scaling, if you get an extra 20fps that might be enough to go from bit unplayable to ok. What is your monitor resolution?

I find it very playable. But then I’m not trying to run it at 4k on a 3060ti.

It's playable...

But it runs like dog crap compared to the way it actually looks! The WOW factor wears off fast when you first leave the sewers :cry:
