An embarrassing ask...

I have the same problem and it's REALLY annoying. Even if I'm a tiny bit warm I sweat loads (btw I'm active and healthy), and sometimes even a t-shirt underneath doesn't help! I might try that Driclor stuff.

I used Driclor for a bit, stang like buggery the first few times of use but did work for me. It's pricey though and my sweat problem isn't really bad enough to warrant it. Oddly after testing practically every deodorant/anti-perspirant under the sun, the Lynx sticks work best for me.

Technically a deodorant isn't designed to stop you sweating, it's to stop your sweat smelling. What you need is an anti-perspirant. Some sprays are both, others one or the other. Lynx for example used to be a deodorant only. It's been years since I used it though.

I have found that certain antiperspirants don't work at all well and actully make we sweat more. Right Guard is one of those. I always use the sure mens 48 hour one which works pretty well.

As Lopez says, using something like Driclor once a week is enough for most people. You literally do not sweat from your armpits at all unless you have serious issues. It says to use regularly but I found it worked well when used occasionally.

A tea bag under each arm pit?

More fresh food and exercise id go for

Some people sweat excessively in certain areas regardless of how much exercise they do or what food they eat. People seem to find this a really difficult concept to grasp.

I interviewed a girl a while ago who sweats buckets unless she uses Driclor or has Botox injections. She's healthy, sporty, slim etc. She just sweats from her armpits. It has nothing to do with her general health or diet.

You can get it off the shelf, at least I was able to, might have to look in Skin Care or something.

Definitely wasn't with the rest of the deodorants etc so i'll have another look around tomorrow. Ended up buying some 'triple dry sport' spray which seemed to work slightly better than normal anti perspirant but still far from ideal. Best solution was just to wear a black shirt :D

In all seriousness, I think a lot of people have experienced this problem at some point, including myself. My solution has been to buy a load of white tees (from M&S of course) to wear underneath.

Havent read the whole thread but this!

I do this at work so my shirt doesnt get wet, might be slightly hotter in the summer but its better then drenching you shirt!

Been using this for years with no problem what so ever,i can be down the gym and not one drop of damp on my pits.

my right arm pit sweats loads at random times (like literally drips running down)

left arm pit nothing :/
