An embarrassing ask...

when I am nervous or stressed usually going to a important meeting I used to sweat a bit under the arms.

I was using right guard 24h spray at the time.

I changed for a roll on and have never had the problem again

I find odaban works well and seems more gentle than others like perspirex.

I generally don't use it much anymore but I've also changed my deodorant to sanex. I tried all of the maximum protection ones and they seemed to make it worse :/

OK, OCUK, please help me...

For some reason I sweat a fair bit under-arm and my light-blue work shirt picks up and it looks quite off putting. It doesn't smell though...is there anything you can suggest other than putting on a t-shirt underneath to 'soak it up'?

:(:(:(

Tampax your armpits.

I used to work with a girl who sweated a lot. Unfortunately the smell was so bad. So so bad I don't know if she thought it didn't smell but..it was not pleasant. So maybe you do smell but you don't realise it.

Also most deodorants suck. Make sure you get an anti perspirant. The others are to simply mask the smell.

Can't rate Driclor highly enough, I apply it once every 2-3 days and it keeps me completely dry under the arms. I wouldn't say that it stings when applying though, for me it's more like itching that is so bad it makes me want to flay my armpits! After a while of using it though it becomes natural and doesn't cause me any irritation now.

Can recommend driclor/anhydrol forte. Was skeptical but sick of constant sweat so tried it and it works a charm. Forgot to put it on for a few days and still no sweat.

Yep use driclor. Put it on every night for a week, itches like crazy for the first 2 days but sweat free for a long time after that.

Can driclor be used on your chest and back?

I'm not overweight, but still sweat pretty bad when working outside in the heat. Usually have to change T-shirts 2-3 times :o.

I'm not sure if it would and it'd be terribly itchy, try it out on your armpits first and see if you can deal with it..

If you are working outside, I'm guessing you are doing some sort of labour work... You hardly need to be "dressed to impress" in that situation.
Let your body do it's job and shower every morning before work, at least that way the sweat won't stink.
