Is that what they're asking for? All I had before then was that they couldn't be registered which I queried.

Since it is mentioned I would do that but all of my communication, apart from the initial call, was done via their support tickets.

I replied asking what they meant and they replied that's what they would need.
Which is fine - except now I find they don't show up in the dashboard, presumably because they're attached to a RAID controller rather than a regular SATA port
Will try sending a screenshot of the config of that instead and cross my fingers!

Any idea what the reliability of the SanDisk SSD's are like? Was thinking about getting one of these for OS + programs on the works PC. Will probably use no more than 60GB of the space as files are stored on a NAS.

Cannot say how well they are in terms of SSD's but I have found their USB Dongles and Memory cards to be very good.
