Nestle plans to sell more than 50 million chocolate bars featuring the Android mascot

Given that it is a .4 release, do we think the major change will be android running on phones with low specs (with holo being regarded as too new to change)?

That would make sense with the tag line as well I.e android will work to a good level on much cheaper phones this opening up the markets in the third world.

meh, key lime pie was far better! Also hate kit kats! :p

Going by the android version, guessing we won't see any major changes again......... :( Hopefully it won't be as buggy as the previous new versions :p

KitKat 4.4 features revealed:

Looks very nice, seems like this is the best upcoming thing in a while.

this release will be all about getting every device on it. that is what is needed to break up the fragmentation and issues with apps not working on certain phones

Don't see how that will be possible as I am pretty sure that all the OEMs (especially the companies who have LOADS of devices like Samsung and Sony) will not want to spend time and money updating old phones, heck they don't even want to provide the smallest of android updates i.e. 4.1 to 4.2 :o

Unless.......google can somehow provide an OTA update without OEM's involvement but again that just brings a whole ton of problems in if they do that.

Also, I don't think google are concerned about the fragmentation issue:

well the theme of JB was "butter smooth" and now for KK it seems to be "Android experience to everybody"

so we shall see,

True! I really do hope to see something to fix/improve the fragmentation issue as that is the only weak point of android compared to iOS and windows now imo.

Hopefully not much longer....
