Android, Winmo or Linux??

Rules are rules. I picked up a suspension for linking to a popular game site... **** happens. Highlighting the upcoming deals is clearly promoting the company's business and sadly accepting it as useful "customer service" would leave these boards open to every business wanting to spam their wares.

Not saying other helpful posts aren't welcome, sure they are. Thinly veiled marketing posts aren't (IMO).

That's rubbish - she's doing a good job making sure one of her customers is getting well looked after. It's not the first time a rep from another company has made an appearance and been helpful. They are not taking away from OcUKs business and if anything are making the place an even more useful hub for information. I appreciate it even if you don't. Customer service is a lost art in this country.

Following my suspension I felt the need to reread the rules, perhaps you should too...

Forum Rule #7 - No promotion of business interests
You may not promote any website or business you have a financial or other interest in, or use the popularity of this community to help build one of your own. The forums are here to allow people to freely share knowledge, not provide them with personal financial gain, or free advertising.
 
Perhaps its just better to RTM the posts and let the Mods decide - the bickering in here does appear childish especially if Kirsty is just attempting to do her job - Im sure the Mods will make her aware of anything they think is contravening the forum rules...

Lets get this thread back on track please :D

The HTC HD2 (or Leo) has gone on sale today, really wanting this, 600mins, unlimited txts, £30pm but 24mth contract...really need to see some solid reviews of it first, not just pre-release glimpses.

You cant have one rule for one and another for someone else. Its not fair on the hundreds that get suspended from here daily.
