Annoyed @ Work (rant)

In my opinion you should be fired for verbally harassing your co-worker. You are a bad set of employees and it disgusts me that you act like this around your colleagues. Either your really immature or just trolling us.

No mate what's low is a Dude getting up in your face shouting at you & when you put him in his place he runs off & tells management.

So you threatened to "rip his face off" (you sound like a nice bloke) and then when you were confronted by management you lied to them and said a confrontation didn't take place? That's disgraceful. At least be accountable for your actions.

He is, he's admitting to it on here.

If my assumption of 4T5 is at all correct, I'm assuming the lad probably deserved it.

Your incorrect use of the word 'your' is more disgusting than the OP's situation.

Don't admit to anything.

Just say you were swearing to yourself as you were stressed at how little work the lad was doing.

If you admit to verbaly abusing him then you don't have a leg to stand on.

Your word against his at the end of the day.

Lie about it, but state that you did tell him he was being slow and he needed to up his game. He got snotty and said that you'd pay for it so is now coming out with this crappy story to get you in to trouble.

Kill him before he snitches you up.

It's the most convenient solution and avoids any conflict!

One of the foremen found himself on a 'advanced verbal communications course' after telling one of his team who was being a bit air headed in regards to safety that if he didn't raise his awareness he would 'bend you over, stick my **** up your **** and **** some sense in to you!'

F this and F that every other word on the phone. I find it quite amusing to be honnest!

If you hadn't of sworn he probably wouldn't be telling your manager. He can't grass on you for voicing your opinion when you don't use any swear words. If he finds you're opinion offensive that's his problem.

You verbally abused your colleague (even if you were right) the company grievance procedure will punish you for this act probably with a formal written warning about your future conduct.

You have to choices take this on the chin accept you were wrong and in future report your colleagues slack efforts through the appropriate chanels or two lie say you never verbally abused him and worm your way out of trouble. The choice is yours!
