They just like to panda to your style of weirdness.
That's when good neighbours become good... Friends. My neighbours are amazingly good.
I tried to hire them. How else would I know? How do you know they don't speak English? Is your name Chris also?
I've no idea, surely someone they know must speak English? If not, you need to find better Indians! Endians.I tried to hire them. How else would I know?
I wanted the rubbish burning and a drive for 9 cars though so Endians would have been no good!I've no idea, surely someone they know must speak English? If not, you need to find better Indians! Endians.
Are you sure they weren't just trying to avoid talking to you?I tried to hire them. How else would I know?
Haha I had NO gypsum boards in my house!
It's not been touched in absolute decades and it was a mix of lath plaster, some sort of thick hard plaster on the walls (definitely not boards) and bare bricks.
How do you mean? I asked them if they could quickly eye up a job and quote, and they said "no hablo ingles". If that isn't Hindi for I don't speak English that what is it? Some kind of fobbing off?Are you sure they weren't just trying to avoid talking to you?
Spanish??How do you mean? I asked them if they could quickly eye up a job and quote, and they said "no hablo ingles". If that isn't Hindi for I don't speak English that what is it? Some kind of fobbing off?
Is that how they built them back in the day? Thicc plaster?Proper build, by proper builders, not some Wimpey job
you've already been told to stop rooting through other peoples garbage.......that's just ******* weird!!They are the same families who order takeaways at least 4 times a week, eat a slice or two of pizza and toss the rest.
Is that how they built them back in the day? Thicc plaster?
Do you remember those times well?A modest Victorian or Edwardian house probably has more skill and craftsmanship in the staircase and chimneys than a whole Wimpey estate of kit assemblers could show.
Do you remember those times well?
I don't need to have witnessed the age in person, the legacy of the Edwardians and Victorians is all around for the open minded to see and appreciate, from university bursaries to architecture, wonderful civic works of (fortunately...) amazing longevity, and a class system that, currently condemned, still rules
