Annoying Neighbours

Luckily live next to a relatively quiet couple. Only time I hear them is when the front door shuts and the odd bang during the day. Thankfully i don't hear the bed board banging at night :p

We take turns cutting the front grass, only spoke to them twice since February when I moved in haha

The reason my post count is 4 (not that it matters) is because I only joined the site recently and I'm not a post whore that needs to try and get involved in every topic. I've only posted in general so far and those posts don't log anymore do they so that's why my count isn't changing so far. I don't how anything I've said is spam or why you seem to have a problem with me but maybe consider that some people just want an occasional random chat and they don't need to try and prove themselves by always trying to give advice and lecturing other members about their posts and opinions.

You can get down off your high horse now....

  1. I'm making an extra bedroom above my garage which will turn my house into a 4 bedroom house. I'm the only person who had a complaint into the council that said "this will allow space for 8 people to live there and have up to 4 cars on their driveway and on the road". TWO neighbours across the road (both white) have already done what I wanted to do and they got no complaints. Odd right.
  2. My Indian builders have left loads of rubble/wood in my back garden, no point in clearing it until needs be. My delightful neighbour moaned to my builder saying, and I quote, "What are you going to do with that rubbish? You're not going to burn it are you? Indian people love burning their rubbish". My builder and I just looked at each other in pretty much complete shock

Oh yeah I should add I live alone in my house with my single car, and have done since I moved in. So the extra 7 people and 4 cars is definitely a head scratcher of a statement

To be fair, those are both reasonable points to make.

I'd assume you're intending to sell up if I knew you were living alone and the next residents will have multiple cars.

Leaving heaps of builder's rubble lying about "until whenever" is going to annoy people. Get it moved.

No, I'm not planning on selling up. They know that as they've asked.
It's in my back garden, and there is no point until collecting it as we're continually adding to it. When we've finished adding we'll be skipping it up and getting rid.
