What amazes me is that he still seems to be driving around on a motoerbike in a bright orange hi vis coat and his AK 47. Last video I saw posted was only 17 minutes ago. Where are the police? 4 hours since the original shooting and people are posting videos of him in regular intervals

I've edited the title because at the moment I don't think the identity of the killer is known, let alone a confirmed reason and the title was deliberately inflammatory.
They'll be sending officers to his last known location whilst trying to get enough in place to cut him off, but that "cutting off" or isolating takes a lot of people and unless officers get lucky and run into him or run him into a dead end** all it takes is for a couple of corners or somewhere they can't follow to lose sight of him again.
It's one of the reasons police tend to rely heavily on helicopters even in car and motorbike chases especially in built up areas, and even a helicopter won't be able to keep "eyes on" all the time in a city because of the buildings blocking line of sight and the fact that even when watching a "stationary" suspect helicopter pilots really don't like trying to keep in a hover because they're one failed bearing away from going from a hover to a fall, so they're trained to keep a minimum amount of both height and speed pretty much at all times (which can mean losing sight of someone if it's not relatively open ground).
*I'm not sure if it's still the case, but a few years back they had IIRC the biggest police horse in the UK, the officer's head was at about 9 foot off the ground.
**A few years back in my town we had the police chasing some idiot on a moped with the copter etc, even with a limited number of routes the guy managed to evade the ground cops, right up until in his ignorance of the area he took a turn onto what looked like a major retail/housing estate, except it only had one access road and was surrounded by water.
Because unless you have thousands of police in an area by the time they respond to something, even if it only takes them a couple of minutes that's quite a long time for someone on a scooter/moped/motorbike or even on a bicycle to get away and in many cities you can be out of sight from one location and around several corners in under a minute even at relatively slow speeds. Even the guy moving at an average of just 15 miles an hour means your search area for a call that took you two minutes to reach is now half a mile radius and increasing fast, and a motorbike/moped etc can go through alleys and routes that a car can't (there is a reason why IIRC MK in the UK still has routine horse patrols, they're able to go almost everywhere someone on foot can, and take shortcuts that the likes of mopeds can't, whilst maintaining a good view from above average car height*).

Sorry, I agree with your posts a lot but let's be a bit more specific here, especially now that you live in Sweden.
Hindus....have some nationalists but pretty localised and not inherent to the religion. Apart from an awful caste system are okay.
