Another win for Logitech

When I buy my next mouse (using a budget gaming one atm), Logitech will be a strong contender.

Sorry for the bump but you definitely should. I've had an mx1100r for about 2 years and the scroll wheel has recently started sticking, likely it's just a build up of stuff inside the mouse.

I emailed them asking if they had disassembly instructions I could use to fix it, instead they just sent me a brand new Performance MX (a £60 mouse!) no questions asked. Incredibly good service on their behalf.

It doesn't get better than that. Amazing service. :)

I echo others statements on people taking the pee. as long as people are resonable with the returns its all good, but 4 years hard gaming on a joystick then a replacement asked for is a bit ultra ****** tight !

I had a G25 wheel die a few months in, and Play.com were being there typical crap selves (i mean i wouldn't buy from them now ocuk is in my life) Logitech said if they gave me any more 5h1t just to ring them, so i did and a few days later i had a refund from play and an apology,

Logitech bitch slapped play.com :D

I had great service from them when a G400 mouse developed a fault, I promptly received an MX518 replacement. I have since rewarded them by buying a rather expensive solar powered keyboard !

I've always sworn by Logitech for keyboards/mice etc and Creative for sound, and usually MSI for the hardware, not found a clear winner for monitors yet.

I have a G5 + G11 + X-540 speakers, and just ordered Z313 speakers for my tv.

Outstanding company, though their margins must be massive to be able to offer replacements in the manner they do.

Another thumbs up for Logitech Support from me - my V220 cordless mouse has just given up the ghost, spoke to their support who ran me through a small battery of tests to double check it has actually failed.

Confirmed the mouse itself is faulty and it has three years warranty - was produced in 2008 and has still a few weeks left to go.

They are replacing with a brand new M505 free of charge and it's winging it's way to me now.

Fantastic service and confirms to me that my patronage over the years (I only buy logitech mice and keyboards) has been a good decision.

:)

I've just had my brand new harmony One remote replacement sent to me via UPS today for free, again an item that was out of warranty.

The problem with my initial one was that the battery would not last for more than a day, they sent me a replacement battery, but the one in there had swollen & I couldn't get it out, so they just sent me a new boxed remote instead.

Perfect after sales support IMO & BIG shame other companies do not follow suit as it has certainly kept me loyal to Logitech.

I had 2 sets of Z-5500 speakers die on me that couldn't be repaired by replacing the fuse etc. Both times after going through the usual checks and confirming in warranty they replaced them both no questions!

Outstanding! :D

They did this with my g27 aswell! i opened up the old one to check and the plug for the adaptor inside the wheel had come loose. So now i HAD 2 working g27s till few days ago, the new wheel they sent me, the shifter isnt working at all. So now im back to my old one which sometimes looses power.

Should i email logitech again? i feel like i stole from then the last time.
