Woo lefty! But tbh writing is the only thing I do with my left hand - I hold tennis rackets, throw etc with my right hand. I sometimes wonder whether I started writing with my left hand just to be difficult, as I made quite quick progress when I tried writing with my right hand...
I don't know how hard it would be for a child to learn to use their right hand, I can't imagine it being that hard... But still, I can't really see much point in forcing someone to write right handed, and it does seem cruel... I certainly wouldn't be bothered if my child started writing left handed - why would I?
...In fact, maybe I would tie my childs hand behind their back if they tried to write with their right hand! Being a lefty makes life more interesting! It made me so happy at school when I was the only person in a class writing left handed.
Yes. Defiantly. It's totally normal behaviour, it's a well known fact that left handed people are not normal and have no souls along with gingers and Gordon Brown.
