Any one here use Nespresso machines?

The l'or ones are £2 at Tesco now but the shelves were almost clear. I got the last pack of strength 8 and found them a bit meh. To be fair I wasn't in the mood for a coffee when I tried them, but was excited to see what they'd taste like.

Either way, it's not a sustainable source.

I like the Red (Strength 7) and the Black ones (Strength 11).

coffee police - ymmv may vary but 400mg/day for a man egis recommended , so 6 a day ~ 360mg is ok, and the 4doubles I typically consume a bit over 470mg.

did see below about virtuoline, so can deliver a double espresso from larger capsules
A bit off-topic: I recently re-read the manual for the V+ and discovered you can stop the brew by pushing the green button. I immediately tried it with Cuba. I'm assuming the Cuba in the V capsule is a different recipe than the Cuba in the Original capsule. I found the V version to be lacking in everything I like in a coffee. So I stopped the brew at about 1-1/2 ounces. It was great.

edit : forgot tea consumption in daily budget - no mention about mg in the coffee addiction thread in GD - lol
