Couldn't think of anyone worse to work for. Your reaction to people is immature. You have underestimated the work involved and when people have told you this you went all defensive .

It's a nice idea, but you are delusional if you think you could achieve it without any actual real input from yourself. Other than telling people what to do then calling them smug when they tell you it's not possible.

If you wanted to be a team leader on something then you need to look at your ability to take criticism. I don't think you're cut out for it.
 
I think the OP is punch drunk having taken too many blows to the head from keyboard warriors!

I assume that 'jockys' is a shortened version of 'sausage jockey' which as we know is a derogatory term for homosexual males. Hopefully you don't get any 'jockys' in your dev team... Wouldn't want some 'gay code' to creep in to your game would you?
