anybody find meat adverts repulsive?

Just polished off a massive Barnsley chop with mashed spuds, garden peas, gravy made from the lamb fat and mint sauce.

The butcher advertised it well.

Well done for making an ethical decision to reduce suffering, if only others had the ability to feel compassion (just look at some of the replies from people actually making FUN of the abuse of innocent beings). Yes I find that repulsive and I also find people that choose to live comfortably numb after being exposed to the suffering, disgraceful.

working with the stuff was horrible ,I don't know how people work in the meat factory where I lasted 6 hours .
it wasn't the fact that peoples noses were dripping on the meat and people sneezed on the meat ,and threw meat at each other and then picked it up of the floor (they supply the big supermarkets}, it was seeing the truck with its one way cargo of cows and having to sit through a video of the slaughter on the induction (ok I turned away but the suction sounds were pretty gruesume )
and the skips of god knows what .anyway I don't feel bad when I eat quorn and always talk to the cows on my walk ,they are awesome creatures !

Nothing wrong with slapping someone with your meat I do it to the mrs regularly, then I send her to the supermarket, my meat stays with me
