Having just a Credit Card would not have qualified you anyway even if it did include Virgin customers. You have to have a NW Current Account, Savings Account or Mortgage and also some other criteria (transaction or £100 in account or something). Credit card only accounts are not included.
 
I have been with them for approx 30+ years...i had the email today.

No email but I logged into the app and there is a banner at the top saying I qualify (just above the accounts list) :D
 
Another 50 each for me and the Mrs. I also have a Virgin CC, but didn't vote.

And no sooner had I made this post, the email from NW arrived.

JFYI...if it's anything like the fairer share payouts, then this bonus also counts towards your personal savings allowance for tax purposes
So if you earn a lot/have lots of savings just take note so you don't fall foul of HMRC
